We have: 

1. Successfully lobbied Hounslow Highways for replacement of dead trees and we were delighted when these were replaced in late January 2020 (see below)
2. Begun work as volunteers to reinstate tree pits for every tree so they are better protected against mower and strimmer damage.  Pupils from Chiswick School have very kindly volunteered to keep the tree pits tidy in 2020 as part of their Duke of Edinburgh scheme.
3. Developed a Tree Champion model in dialogue with Hounslow Council and Hounslow Highways for care of new saplings to pilot in Staveley Road and subsequent wider dissemination across London Borough of  Hounslow.

On 11th  April 2021 we celebrated our trees with a Virtual Blossom Day.
